Entry: There is no limit to the number of entries allowed by an individual in the contest. All entries must be paid via credit card or Paypal. All registration and entry forms must be submitted on the same day. All entries must be submitted by season start. The contest begins on the first game of the regular season and after the last regular season game.

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Individuals who have not reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction can enter only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of Extreme Fantasy Sports League, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win prizes.

Non-Gambling Statute: The contest is a game of skill. From entries received, winners are determined by the individuals who use their skill and knowledge of relevant professional baseball information and fantasy baseball rules to accumulate the highest point totals during the contest according to the official contest rules. The contest is subject to all United States laws, and to the contest official rules, and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling.

Notification: To accept their prize, winners must agree to be posted on the contest web site with their name and/or likeness (unless prohibited by law) without additional compensation, by completing an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and sending it back via email. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Internet/Technology Problems: If, for any reason, the contest is not able to run as planned, including computer virus, bugs fraud, tampering, or any technical failures or causes outside the control of Extreme Fantasy Sports Leagues which affect the administration, security, integrity and fairness of the contest, Extreme Fantasy Sports Leagues reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry or contest process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such and attempt be made, Extreme Fantasy Sports Leagues reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Refund Policy: Extreme Fantasy Sports Leagues does not provide refunds. Contestants that cancel or lose their teams due to management decision, relinquish all rights to league fees paid.
